Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at My Store 2.
Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return Contact us at lossantosfloats@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm next steps and provide a return address.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Product note All products are non-motorized inflatable pool floats. They do not include a motor, engine, or any powered or moving parts, and are intended for flotation and decorative use only.
